I have recently visited this institution, which I can say. I've never tasted such delicious pizza in my life, and I've kissed pizza hands. Pleasant waiter service (if I'm not mistaken, Elizabeth), will bring everything, will serve everything. The interior of the place is not bad, I can't say anything about it, since I'm not a designer. But if you evaluate the pizza, it's just very tasty and relatively inexpensive compared to other pizzeria chains. Give a bonus to the pizza man for such a delicious pizza and to the waiter for the pleasant service. It's nice when you walk into an establishment and are greeted with a smile and escorted off with a smile. I'd give it 10 stars, but I'm only 5 at Yandex.

We recently visited the pizzeria "Underdog" and were generally left with positive impressions. We were served by a very pleasant and smiling girl, which created a cozy atmosphere from the very beginning. We ordered three pizzas: prosciutto, pear and cheese, and persimmon. Everything was prepared quickly, which pleased me. However, despite the speed of the service, the pizza itself did not make much impression on me. Perhaps I was expecting something more original or intense in taste. The tea we ordered also turned out to be normal, but there was a mess with the sea buckthorn teas.: we wanted two, but it turned out to be only one serving. As a result, we took herbal tea on the recommendation of the waitress, and it turned out to be quite good. The coffee was also on the same level, but there were problems with the tea utensils. They brought us a glass instead of cups, which was a bit strange, especially considering that there were five of us. This created some discomfort during the tea party. In general, Underdog is a good place for casual meetings with friends, but I miss the vibrant tastes and a more attentive approach to service. Maybe I'll come back here again to try other dishes from the menu.

The conder under the ceiling blows away, it is better not to sit down under it, but if there is no choice, then wrap yourself in a blanket (it is kindly offered there). Pizza is cooked in the oven. The dough is thin and crispy. I really would like more toppings. The weight of the pizza, I suppose, is only the calculation of the thick sides.

A great place to spend time with a company\girlfriend\boyfriend\girlfriend\friend. There is a separate place at the entrance to hang your outerwear and there is a restroom just around the corner. Next, you will be greeted by an employee of this wonderful institution. The dressing area and the dining area are separated by a glass door. 🙂 An employee of 🧑💼 will meet you and escort you to the table. I was surprised that , as usual , there is no cardboard menu . They bring you a QR code and redirect you to a menu page. The only negative is that there are no pictures with food that correspond to each of the positions. But you can go to their Instagram and see everything that is on the menu. In terms of waiting time, everything was very fast. We didn't even notice. The pizza was very tasty, the dough was 5+. The only thing I would cut it not into 4 pieces, but into 8. But these are so small things)) Garlic sauce for pizza is very tasty, tender like sour cream, ideal for eating pizza crusts 😅 Salad with chicken and mushrooms is generally fantastic, very tasty cooked meat and mushrooms. Vegetables are also sweet and fresh. There was something wonderful and indescribable for dessert. It was the most delicious honey cake I've ever eaten. And these ice cream balls are very much in the theme. Service for 5+. The atmosphere of tranquility and comfort, the oven in which the pizza is prepared looks beautiful. By the way, the tables are made as if in the old style. If you're still thinking about whether you need to go there, then you just need to go and try it, you should like it.

A great place, worthy of attention! Wood—fired pizza is simply delicious, the dough is perfectly crispy. I especially like that the service is always fast, even if the place is full. The aperol is really the best, I've tried it many places, but here it's just gorgeous. The prices are slightly above average, but it's not a pity for such quality. In the warmer months, there is also an exit window, which is just a godsend for lovers of fresh air and a good view. We were pleasantly surprised by how well they take care of the customers — even when we didn't report that the pizza was burnt, the receptionist came up herself and offered compensation. Plus, the atmosphere here is always cozy, and the interior has a twist. I definitely recommend it!

Great place and great service! Wood-fired pizza is one of the best in Minsk. About the service! On Friday evening, 01/24/2025, my family and I ordered 3 pizzas. My husband's pizza was burnt from the bottom and he did not eat this part, leaving it on a platter. We didn't inform anyone from the staff that it was burnt, we were tired, and we didn't want to explain anything to anyone. Imagine our surprise when the receptionist came up to us and said that the waitress noticed a burnt piece on the plate when she was clearing the table and showed it to the receptionist, who in turn apologized and offered us either to make a discount on the order, or to make any pizza with her as compensation. That is, without any of our requests and complaints !It was very pleasant. This is called good service and customer orientation. Thanks a lot to Underdog, now I want to come to you again and again!

If you are looking for a place where you can enjoy pizza from a wood-burning oven, this place is worth a visit! There are quite a few places in Minsk offering such an experience. I recommend trying pizza on the spot, taking it with you can misunderstand it. Pizzas here may seem smaller in size compared to their online counterparts, but they are surprisingly crispy, soft and very tasty. The principle of "less is more" works here, and this allows you to experience a clean and high–quality taste. As for the interior, it is slightly inferior to many modern establishments in the city – I still have mixed feelings about the simplicity of the design and the use of Ikea teapots. But I hope that the guys will continue to delight their visitors with delicious and flavorful food that can compete with soulless deliveries. Pepperoni pizza with tomato soup with smoked cheese is what I recommend to try. Good luck to the team in their cool business)

Burnt pizza and cheated. Pizza with burnt spots, the fumes interrupt the taste of pizza. Pizza with chanterelles has a rather salty curd spread, which to me tastes strange and generally not very good in combination with mushrooms. In chicken pizza, the meat is very thinly sliced and there is little of it, the tomato spread is sour. The arugula on the food was just spoiled (the softened pieces were clearly not even the third freshness) and some of the leaves were yellow, not green. The dying plants in the hall are a sad sight. And it was possible to install 2 additional lighting lamps and not torment the plants, and this is quite inexpensive. And the icing on the cake - they cheated. The pizza of the day was counted at full cost. I didn't pay for it, so I didn't notice right away. We figured it out only when we had gone far. I don't recommend a pizzeria, and I won't go myself anymore.

But, again, this is my opinion, it may be cheap for someone. In my opinion, the waiters are too intrusive, the girl came up to us 3 times to clarify whether they were ready to place an order, there was tension and some kind of compulsion to choose as soon as possible. I gave the 2nd star exclusively for the interior and furnishings: cute, cozy, strict maximalism, warm and tasteful. The rest, unfortunately, requires major improvements.

Back in 2023, I visited this place, and after visiting everything, I was most impressed and pleased that there is really a real pizza in Minsk. But then 2025 came and I decided to try real pizza again, but it didn't work out. I won't swear about two glasses of beer for 28p, everyone has their own way, and here we are not talking about beer, but about pizza, which brought a tomato disc with grilled cheese and an extremely controversial arugula pie, in general, nothing to talk about. Sauce was immediately offered to the crusts, which initially raised doubts, since in a real pizza it's not that you want to eat the crusts, but also your hands from the taste of the combinations, and in this one you really needed sauce because it was hard to chew such a cracker.Overall, the impression was not very good.
