Very bad. The opening time of the branch is indicated on the doors at 10:30 in fact it opened at 11:15. One window is open, a huge queue. A constant string of people, acquaintances, relatives or friends of bank employees walking without a queue. No rules, no ethics. You can make a scandal, you can point it out to the bank's employees, they don't care. The client is not appreciated in this bank. I would compare it to the Russian savings bank in its worst years, but Unibank surpassed it. You can take a ticket and feel free to go to the mall to drink coffee, go to the cinema, and so on. then come up and your turn will still be far away. So think 10 times before you bring the money here.
