I opened an account in November 2022, for opening an account and urgency (within one day) I gave about 500+ euros. At the time of opening, they imposed a Unistream card as an additional one, saying that it was completely free and it would be very convenient to get their bank card through it. As a result, after transferring money to the Unistream card, I found that it was impossible to take them anywhere further, I gave out an error, but they allegedly started writing off this account for maintenance from the next month. The Unistream card itself turned out to be a useless piece of plastic. Since it was not possible to replenish the account from any bank in the Russian Federation. The money just hung around indefinitely and eventually just came back. Despite the fact that before making the transfer, I always clarified with the support of Unibank (whose work deserves special mention) and they assured me that there would be no problems. Support mostly responds by the type of "we don't know, wait", "we don't know" or just ignore. I definitely do not recommend spending time and money on this bank.
