Large office, convenient location in the very center. Of the disadvantages, money can only be deposited through payment terminals. ATMs do not accept cash at 90%. They don't work on Sunday. To put money on the card, you need to look for a payment terminal, as it was in the Russian Federation in the noughties.

This is the most terrible rudeness and ignorance, to charge people 225 thousand drams for urgent card registration and at the same time work with 2 people for 5 windows, to issue ONE card for 2 hours is without exaggeration, for 2 hours they poke at the keys and print out a million pieces of paper, the rage of card registration. Well, plus there are 10 people in front of you, for 2 hours each- bingo! We sat with the child for 4 hours today to no avail, because there is no light at the end of the tunnel. Terribly slow employees.
