A nice 7-storey home hotel with an elevator, a beautiful view from the window (if you're lucky) and in the kitchen on the 7th floor, there is yoga in the mornings from 6 to 8. Clean, beautiful, there are minor household troubles like: the toilet tank in our room was not filled and in the morning you can hear strongly how everyone is going for breakfast at 8:30. We were satisfied with the hotel, the area is not very good, but it is close to the Boni market, where there are cheap souvenirs and not far from the center.

Great place! Clean rooms, Wi-Fi, delicious breakfasts on the 7th floor overlooking Batumi!! The hotel owners are very helpful and friendly! Rooms are cleaned on demand. Everyone speaks Russian. Geographically, everything is close: cable car, shopping streets, embankment. The beach is 10-15 minutes walk away. I recommend it!

Day 4 we have a rest at this hotel. Satisfied. We arrived at night in heavy rain, check-in after 2 p.m., but the hostess kindly took us to a nearby hotel, where we stayed until 12 p.m., before checking into our room. The room is small, the balcony is small, but everything is clean, wonderful breakfasts in the attic on the 7th floor, cozy, neat, homely. All requests are fulfilled by the staff.

Clear. The rooms are different. The old town is 5 minutes away. The beach is 20 minutes away. In general, the location is convenient, considering the number of stars. Located in an alley, near residential streets and a street with furniture shops: sale and manufacture. But it's a quiet place: in the evening, children play soccer on the street. There is no electronic heated towel rail in the rooms (it is worth bearing this in mind).

Sometimes I wonder, what exactly do people need from the hotel where they live on vacation? I need a clean space where I can sleep in peace, pack my things, take a shower, and if they also make breakfast: so it's generally beautiful! Union accommodates all this: there is a wonderful hostess here, very polite and tolerant, always ready to help if you ask. He immediately honestly says that he does not enter the room in the absence of guests, and does not allow his employees, if you need to wash or replace something, ask. And I completely agree with this, my tongue will definitely not fall off to state my request. The room is neat, cozy, has air conditioning, a wardrobe, a table (except that there are no chairs), a refrigerator, a balcony with a dryer (in Batumi you can't dry anything in the apartment, you need to hang it outside), a shower, a sink, a toilet - everything is fine. Breakfast is served for each room separately, it's not a buffet, it's nice, there is an element of a kind of "breakfast with relatives". I'll say a couple of things: if you are not a fan of getting up early (breakfasts from 08:00 to 09:00) or a lover of light food (there can be dumplings and fried sausages for breakfast), then there's nothing you can do about it. Suluguni, by the way, is great, and it's there every day! Also, every day there is a stable sausage, butter, bread, sweets, jam, honey, boiled eggs - in general, at home. And don't be surprised that you will be settled without too much effort) I'm explaining. A situation may occur that is unusual for those who are used to a thorough check-in with a bunch of paperwork. It's like this: "Oh, hello! Have you arrived yet? Your room is on the fifth, the key is in the lock. Come on in, live! Welcome to Georgia, have a rest!". That's all. And they were also evicted) There are no complaints, the hotel is located in the old town, there is a lot of everything around, including a market with awesome fruits and all sorts of stuff, 25 minutes to the sea on your knees, along the way there are many shops and colorful pubs, and most importantly it is quiet at night. I definitely recommend it, unless you are, of course, a fan of standing in line for 30 minutes to the elevator in Orbi or "luxury style" with a pool and inflatable ducklings, where you are kissed in all places and offered to replace towels three times a day. There is a simple human attitude towards vacationers here, and it's great. p.s. If you live there, pay attention in the evenings to the second-floor balcony in the building on the corner of the alley towards the market. There you can often see a dog who loves to bark at anyone he doesn't like. A real guardian of the street) p.p.s. Cats near the hotel are picky, they don't eat cottage cheese, bread and a bunch of other things, but sausage and cheese - for a sweet soul!

A very good hotel in its category. Clean, tidy. The hosts are friendly. The hotel has a kitchen. There is a dining room on the covered veranda. Meals - breakfast. It is possible without power. Room cleaning is available on request. The room has air conditioning and a refrigerator.

I really liked the hotel! The room had everything you need for a stay: a shower, a kettle, a refrigerator, air conditioning and toiletries. The breakfasts are very tasty, varied, and everything is very homey. The location of the hotel is wonderful, in 5 minutes there is the old town with cobbled streets and beautiful houses, markets with all necessary things and fruits / vegetables, also very close to the Argo cable car (where you can view the city from a height). You can walk to the sea in 15-20 minutes at a calm pace.

Outside there is a doorway with a scary building, but inside there is a marble staircase, an elevator. Everything is nice and neat. The rooms are small, but everything you need is available: shower, toilet, kettle, most importantly, a working air conditioner. The breakfasts are excellent, the hostess will always help, if your room is empty on the day of check-in, then she can check in much earlier than 14:00. Only the most pleasant impressions remained
