Hello, I want to leave a negative review about the work of the pharmacy Unifarm Pharmacy No. 19 , Soligorsk, Mira ave., 34. Today 09.09.2024 (around 12:00), a very unpleasant situation occurred, I was bitten by a bee and I decided to immediately seek help from a pharmacy. I came to the specified address, explained the situation, said that I wanted to buy ointment and anti-allergenic, but they refused to help me with the words "we are changing the air conditioner", I asked if I had anything under my eye (bite site)? They told me that there was something and closed the door. It turns out there was a sting sticking out under the eye. I had to go to another nearby pharmacy. I ask you to take some kind of disciplinary action against the employee, because I acted very negligently.
