I really liked it there! Room 404, double, clean, tidy, room size is sufficient, all working light, refrigerator with a minimum set, water, cola, cookies, chocolate. The shower is spacious, towels and bathrobes are snow-white, working! heated towel rail.

Excellent location, not far from the airport. 15 minutes by car (taxi). The rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning every day. Nice staff. The rooms overlooking the main road have a great view through the panoramic windows. Breakfast is included. A wide selection of food,tea,coffee,sweets,dried fruits,fresh fruits,pastries. I really liked it. I'm only stopping here now.

the room is very small, the bathroom is also cramped. The window is small and has iron blinds on the outside, which completely exclude the possibility of seeing something from the outside. In fact, the room has no window. Accordingly, the room is very dark and still very hot. The opening of the window cannot be adjusted, the sash does not fold back. We tried to turn on the duct, but it roars like an airplane and hot air blows out of it. In the morning, there was a strong smell of burnt oil from the kitchen in the room.
I thought a good breakfast would fix the impression of the room. But no! We arrived before it was 9 o'clock. There was no food from the word at all, everything was eaten. They told me to come in 15 minutes. But after that time, nothing has changed. I turned to the waiters, they were very gloomy and unfriendly. I called the administrator. She asked what to bring us from the food and disappeared. The food was not brought until the end of breakfast. Of course, we ate some leftovers, we didn't stay hungry at all. The rest of the guests sadly poured themselves cereal and sat down at the unmade tables. At the end of breakfast, the guy from the reception came up and apologized for the situation, like a large group of tourists swept away all the food. Let's say it's force majeure and they don't have any food left... Of course it's funny! But separately, I would like to note the ill-will and sluggishness of the staff. At breakfast, the staff mostly stood on the sidelines and looked at their phones, while all the tables were dirty, appliances, napkins, etc. It wasn't enough. Coffee is made very slowly, they waddle. This is a sharp contrast to all previous hotels and restaurants in Uzbekistan. No service, no smile, nothing. A good example of how inept hotel management can ruin everything in the bud. I strongly do not recommend this hotel!

Positive.
The interior decoration is modern. The breakfasts are of high quality. Friendly staff. The price is acceptable, but only if there is a discount.
Minuses.
The pool was not heated. The air conditioner is noisy in the room. Opening the window at night is also noisy due to the working external air conditioning unit of the neighboring room.
Result.
Yes, not the Hilton. But it's a pretty good hotel.

The hotel does not match its price and stars. Breakfast is very poor, it has not changed for three days (disgusting fried eggs, unpeeled sausages, certified and fairly dried pastries, bad coffee, only semolina porridge ...) He asked me to wake him up - they forgot. There are only breakfasts in hotels (March is the month, perhaps this is the reason). I didn't like it.

A cool new hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable, and the service is excellent. The guys are trying very hard, well done! On the 1st floor there is a sauna complex with a swimming pool. I really liked it, I would have stayed more :) Well, the bonus is a delicious and varied breakfast.

There are constantly no appliances, especially dessert spoons, stale bread, everything is weathered, porridge is only semolina ((((( we lived for 3 nights, that week when Tashkent was covered with snow, I asked for 3 whole days to clear the approach to the stairs and sprinkle with salt!...Ignore it. I prayed not to break my neck on the way, every evening when I returned))))
