The hotel is a solid *troika*. I just arranged the price. It's not very convenient to go to the center, it's 15 minutes to the beach. But there is a "Russian" market and shops nearby. There is a cafe above, huge portions, the price is excellent- there is a woman hostess (there is a Russian calendar on the wall for guidance) . So there are a lot of places to eat, but this "cafe" is fine with the price and menu))I recommend looking at the hotels further on Jomtien- it will be convenient to leave by tuk tuks and the beach is closer, calmly, for family holidays

It was a dirty hotel, the breakfasts were terrible, it wasn't delicious, the cherries were in dirty bowls and midges were flying over it all. The choice is minimal, but if you come in the afternoon for breakfast, you won't have that either. On the terrace, during breakfast, I watched (last year, the year before) a dirty sock hanging on a bush)) There is no territory of its own, there is a pool on the roof- it is clear that there has never been a general one. The boards are rotten, the food in the cafe by the pool and the shakes for 3 and 2, the pizza is edible by the way) The shower room has not been washed even once in 12 days! It's disgusting, I got into the dirty slime on the hose, just brrrr. I would definitely not return to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The hotel staff is very friendly, and they give you a local drink upon arrival, which is very tasty. Beach towels at the reception. "Cleaning" of rooms daily and gratuities, unfortunately, do not affect the quality of cleaning( Linen and towels are changed almost daily. If you do the general cleaning and teach the locals how to clean the European standard, replace the boards, and take a little more love and care for breakfast, it will be a great hotel.

I would put 3.5, the breakfasts and rooms are normal, without frills, in general, the hotel is already tired, not as cool as in its photo, you can take beautiful panoramic photos in the pool without problems, but in reality it is quite simple. The Russian market and all the necessary infrastructure are not far away. Songteo (tuktuk) is a 15-minute walk away. It takes half an hour to walk to the nice beach of Cozy Beach, tuktuks do not go there, only taxis. Jontyom beach is not the most attractive, so that bloggers do not write. And Kozy beach is not comparable to any beach in Phuket, you can swim, but the water is cloudy in January. It's great to swim on koh Lan Island, the ferry is cheap, but it takes about 40 minutes to sail on it and 15 minutes to the beach on tuktuk, and you also need to get to the ferry by taxi in 20 minutes. The logistics for swimming are long, for entertainment and shopping are good. Next time we will stay in a hotel with a swimming pool in Pattaya itself, within walking distance to the ferry and we will swim only on Koh Lan and not every day. Prices are 1.5 times cheaper for everything than in Phuket.

The main attraction of the hotel is the view from the rooftop pool and the location, but since an elite candeminium is being built across the street, the view will soon not be what it is. The breakfasts are monotonous, the rooms are spacious, but they can overlook the neighboring hotel window to window. If you have a sea view, there will be a construction site under the windows. Total: think for yourself - decide for yourself. The reception can make stands with broken glass, a towel with a hole or a slightly torn sheet, so as not to give the deposit. For the second time, the hotel was disappointed because of the setups and generally not skillful marketing. My opinion is that if the management does not correct the attitude to management, then the hotel will not live long.

Nice hotel. Polite staff. A little lazy room cleaner. Sockets are not very convenient and their location. The rest of the suite is nice and not expensive. The pool and bar are on the roof of the hotel, the view from there is beautiful. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea. We didn't go to the cafe on the ground floor - it's too expensive. The hotel is not bad enough, the reception is good. There are towels for the pool, though quite pathetic and there are towels for the beach, quite not bad. but the quality of cleaning was very disappointing: they forget to replenish hygiene supplies, toilet paper. they take 5 towels, instead they put only 3. One strawberry berry fell under the sink and lay there for all 2 weeks. The pool is obviously rarely cleaned, we were in it 2 times with a difference of 5 days. Both times there was a lot of hair in the water, which was not pleasant. The breakfasts are quite modest, but you can have a snack, there are always 2 types of soups, vegetables, sausages and ham, vegetables: tomatoes, cabbage, carrots, fruit salad: only watermelon and pineapple. The hotel itself is located far enough from the beach, but there is silence around. We will not choose this hotel incorrectly for the second time.

The hotel is not bad.....a great though small rooftop pool.....but the view from it is awesome. Overshadowed by the Chinese who are brought to spend the night....they shout and interfere everywhere.....but they settle them on the lower floors.....It didn't seem to be on 5 and 6....breakfast is monotonous .....I liked fried toast with jam))))....the bed was changed ..... towels too ..... like they cleaned up and changed shampoos, gels and paper)))....the deposit is 1000 baht.....but we spent it later waiting for the bus and at the airport.....in short, we mostly spent the night there.
