The organization itself is decent, it was always fast and professional, but a new employee, Maxim, appeared, who did not even want to come to order diagnostics, explaining by phone that he had to go far to order (geographically, the city), and now it is necessary to change the gas column, because it is already 7 years old!!! I insisted that he come for a diagnosis, I wish he hadn't come!!!- there was no diagnosis as such, I asked what the problem was, took 45 rubles for it and left!!! I'm waiting for the next arrival, i.e. repairs, master Andrey is coming (thanks to him for the work!! Excellent specialist!!!) And he voices another problem!!, and finally the speaker was repaired today!!!! It's a shame for the attitude towards customers, even the management did not apologize, but simply said the director needed to study somewhere, the question is-why for my money? Therefore, draw your own conclusions about the organization as a whole.
