I booked a place in the VIP lounge for the night, after a couple of hours the administrator called back and asked me to transfer to the standard.It's kind of weird, but okay. When I came and paid, they gave me the number of the computer, and someone was still sitting on it and playing. The receptionist said that the person had not run out of time yet and asked me to wait, although the paid time had already gone. I said that you can just return the money, but even then the administrator said that you can't just write off the time and he doesn't want to return the money.

A terrible service, a room in some kind of basement, slippery, slushy, yes, the design is cool, but it does not interrupt all the horror after visiting, they will not let you charge your phone for free - rent a powerbank, and to rent it download the application using a QR code, but how to download it if the phone is dead? It's okay, there are problems with the computers themselves, they lag, there are shortcuts from the games, but there are no games themselves - you can't download them. The administrator is generally in a kind of frenzy, we ask him to help because there are problems with the computer - he sits playing tanks and says to wait, it's stuffy in the game room itself, it stinks. The headset leaves much to be desired - the headphones are terrible, no noise reduction, although some guy is sitting 2 meters away from you yelling at the whole hall, the microphone is dangling in front of your face, you can't remove it anywhere. The mouse clicks, then it doesn't click, then it makes three clicks, then it breaks off, complete horror, it didn't work out properly. They took the tariff for the whole night - they didn't even serve three hours, everything was so terrible..

I've been to this place once and I'm not going back anymore. At the entrance, the stairs are slippery, not covered with anything. Everything stinks of dampness. The toilet looks disgusting. Only the console room looks normal, but the computer room is terrible. It was necessary to charge the phone, take it over the bank, for a fee. How do I get it? Download the app to your dead phone... Some computers did not start, some did not connect to their software. Peripherals are terrible! The keyboard clicks, the mouse tears off, the headphones have a disgusting microphone that always hangs in front of your face and there's nothing you can do about it. We took a tariff for the night, we didn't even serve 3 hours. Conclusion: the place is terrible.

I just wanted to drive cars and wander around the city. The administrator was not going to solve the problem, but wished us a good evening after the time had elapsed, for this one star.
