I am glad that you can come up with ideas - you will always be supported. And in general, the atmosphere is cool in the team, I've made friends with many people here, we communicate outside of work. At first, I couldn't figure out the prof, I was worried that it wouldn't work out. But here, training is conducted on it (and not only). By the way, the fact that the company constantly conducts training is another important point for me.
