We left an order for winter tires in early September, they said the tires will be as soon as they receive it. After 2 months of waiting, it turned out that the rubber was removed from the order. Allegedly, the manufacturer withdrew the order without warning. Rubber is not available and will not be. Moreover, all the time he was waiting, he called and found out about the status of the order. As a result, we lost time, there is snow on the street. The consultants all say, you didn't talk to me. It turns out that everyone is on their own, no one is responsible for the company as a whole. I put 0. I do not recommend contacting.
