the positive features for me are that the apartments on the site are large and convenient. Children can play safely. I don't think you have a good feature other than that. There are two problems with the use of the pool every year. It's not always clean Jul' be. The toilets under the pool smell and cannot be used. You also pay dues for your car because there is a parking lot. But Anything can fall on your car at any moment.
