A month ago, I bought an electric stove EP N D 6560-03 0053, in Moscow, through their online store. The stove was delivered two days later, well done here, but then miracles began..... at first, the installation arrived only 4 days later, the master was the first boor and rude (as well as a deceiver), refused to connect under any pretext, citing some mythical problems. Then the second one arrived and somehow connected. In the process of using- and this is 2 days, it turned out that the desktop moves from side to side, which is dangerous and uncomfortable. They allegedly called their guarantors. We waited for several days again, arrived, again a boor and not a master of the campaign. He could not do anything, wrote an act, refused to write the true cause of the malfunction, referring to the fact that he was told to write so in the office, although he swore to us that this was enough for an exchange, refund. Then our ordeal about the ringing of the bell- the online store, which said that these are your problems now, then the warranty company- which still has to call and appoint a master to allegedly fix the factory's defects. And we are still on the bottom feed. "Thank you" for such a wonderful technique. People- don't buy it, so that there won't be any problems later. Having sold you this miracle of technology, repair problems are not their problem
