I worked in this complete horror, no one solves the issues at all, they just shift everything onto each other. They cannot provide any kind of banal tool for workers, and they will ask you to work at the end of the month. The team is young and not experienced, especially the Director looks at people from a high point of view, spits at everyone. There is a backbone, this is the Chief Engineer, a couple of project managers who recruit young masters for 900 rubles for themselves and drive them around the object. Experienced people do not keep there, they simply do not keep them, because they see you as a competitor and dismiss you without trial and investigation, allegedly you do not suit us, while not even naming the reason, they simply dismiss you. all the positive commentaries here are custom-made by the employees themselves and they are written by the director of all together to write. I do not recommend this to anyone, not itr, not workers, not subcontractors, just horror, not a company.
