friends made excuses because my cargo was heavy and asked me to come and pick up my cargo myself with excuses such as there is no such street at the address where my family was born for 70 years, and ups has no branch in every neighborhood, there is a collection area, and there were no employees in the office called the customer center outside the city center, and when I came to the ups collection center, there were no staff in any of the offices, I was able to call back the number that called me and pick up my cargo that way, mediocre experience, the first time my cargo arrived with ups, I would never recommend using a so-called corporate company.
