Отличное офисное здание в самом центре города, с фотостудиями и студиями маникюра и воздушных Шаров. Есть своя огромная, но сейчас платная парковка.

Офисник в Советском стиле, на первом этаже статуя Ленина и роскошный лифт, который сожалению не работает, но как экспонат тоже неплохо, здесь работает мой мастер маникюра, поэтому здесь и бываю, в целом чисто, нормально, есть охрана
