I recently visited the Urartu Express kebab shop at 137A Sankibai Batyr Avenue in Aktobe, and I want to share my impressions. The place left a pleasant impression! The prices here are really good, especially considering the quality and portions. The choice of shish kebab is simply excellent — there is plenty to choose from, and everything is fresh, juicy and deliciously cooked. I would also like to note that parking is not very good here, which was a big disadvantage for me. I am glad that delivery is available if you suddenly want to enjoy their dishes at home. By the way, I tried the pizza — it also turned out to be quite good, although I came for a barbecue. P.S. If you like to eat delicious food, then I advise you to look at Urartu Express. I definitely recommend it!

They went terribly bad, the meat burned every other time, the call center operators do not contact the kitchen, the waiting time doubles upon arrival for the order, as a result, we have cold meat and pizza, because the sushi was prepared for another hour after... And the answer to all of them is sorry and no changes... It's a pity it used to be a great place...
