Unfortunately, this hotel was a disappointment , as it has nothing to do with 5 stars. The room I stayed in was 2-bed, very small, zero noise insulation, the window did not open, the carpet was very dirty, there was a strong hum when the air conditioner was turned on. Lack of water in the room, cooler on the floor.At a temperature of +35. Dirty windows and curtains. At 8:30, cleaning of rooms and floors began, rumbling and clanging began, and even if you wanted to sleep a little longer, the cleaners simply wouldn't let you.The sign did not even save- do not disturb!!! The Booking did not indicate that the hotel charges a tourist fee, it turned out to be large. 2 days before arriving in Prague, I was on vacation in Brno - there was no tourist fee.And at the reception they were unable to explain what it was and what I was paying for, including minors!!! Paid parking for hotel residents is very high. And of course, frankly unacceptable attitude towards tourists who speak Belarusian, Russian. Although, it is written that they speak these languages. We spoke in English.And when we left, the reception, for some reason, spoke in broken Russian.Learned it!! I don't recommend it!!!!choose this hotel, choose another one.
