This is nice clean well organized place in unbeatable location Mini store and cafeteria on premises, large food store next-door. Great for remote work and for walking access to everything in the center of the city.

Urban hostel is a great warm place for travellers who are looking for a short stay . It is budget friendly and the staff are always there to assist you . Great service overall . Highly recommended place

I have to write this review. I checked into this hostel from February 8th to 10th. Later, I handed my four bags to the front desk at 1 pm on February 10th. Later I found that my I didn’t bring Apple’s charger with me, so I returned to the hostel at night and checked the luggage and bags I had stored. The result was nothing. The next day I found the staff member who had stored my luggage for me and asked her if anyone was there Opened or take away my bag ? she said no, I said I put my charger in the bag and backpack but the charger is not there, can I check the monitoring ?she said she gave me the charger at that time!!! But in my impression, she didn't give it to me at all. She might have given it to the wrong person, so I want to check the monitoring, but she didn't let me check the monitoring either(because she's afraid of taking responsibility) and had a bad attitude!!! But If this issue is resolved I will revise my rating
