I have to write this review. I checked into this hostel from February 8th to 10th. Later, I handed my four bags to the front desk at 1 pm on February 10th. Later I found that my I didn’t bring Apple’s charger with me, so I returned to the hostel at night and checked the luggage and bags I had stored. The result was nothing. The next day I found the staff member who had stored my luggage for me and asked her if anyone was there Opened or take away my bag ? she said no, I said I put my charger in the bag and backpack but the charger is not there, can I check the monitoring ?she said she gave me the charger at that time!!! But in my impression, she didn't give it to me at all. She might have given it to the wrong person, so I want to check the monitoring, but she didn't let me check the monitoring either(because she's afraid of taking responsibility)
and had a bad attitude!!!

Wonderful hostel! The price for such a location is almost ideal (almost, but not completely — because it's still a long way to walk from the station))
The staff is very polite and always ready to help. Comfortable beds with stripe satin linens, as in hotels, even in dormitories. You can sit on the top tier of beds without resting your head against the ceiling (but maybe you can't if you're a basketball player). There is a pocket for personal items right in the headboard, convenient!
The hotel hosts events every day that are free for guests: meetings of the public speaking club, the travelers club, stand-up, and so on. It's a good way to spend a dark winter evening when you're not going for a walk anyway.
There is a cooler and tea, things can be left in a locked room. The Internet is flying. In general, it's beautiful! There are several grocery stores nearby, within a kilometer radius, and some are open late. The Belarus Hotel is a 15-minute leisurely walk away with a gorgeous observation deck, and the huge Gallery shopping center is 20 minutes away, where the grocery store is open even after midnight.
There are two things that don't spoil the impression, but I think they need to be improved.:
- the coffee with milk from the coffee machine at the reception is VERY sweet. Of course, it shouldn't be that way.
- there are not enough hooks in the bathrooms. Let's say one is for towels, the other for clean clothes — but where should I put what you came in? :) to be fair, I wasn't in all the bathrooms, maybe there are more hooks somewhere.
I wish the hostel prosperity and fame. I hope to be able to visit you again soon.

A great place to explore the wonderful city of Minsk, excellent location in the very center of the city, on the banks of the Svisloch River (almost), good transport accessibility, the presence of a grocery store within walking distance with its own cooking, the proximity of the main attractions makes Urban Hostel out of competition. The hostel itself was pleasantly pleased with the attentive attitude to the guests, they always tried to help, answer all questions not only about the hostel, very high-quality cleaning of both rooms and common areas, stylish interior (amazing how it all started) and very comfortable mattresses, it was important because we stayed 6 nights in a double room and the entire 8-bed women's room, where all the rules of the daily routine established by the hostel were observed. An undoubted advantage is the kitchen with a microwave, kettle, refrigerator and necessary utensils, and the number of bathrooms and showers on all 3 floors was also surprising. Thank you so much for our mini-vacation, we will be in Minsk-we will definitely come back!

Nice quiet place in the very center of Minsk. The staff is always polite, friendly, and ready to answer and resolve any question. A spiritual place. Clean, cozy, comfortable by the standards of the hostel. I can only compare it with a Moscow hostel. He was also in the city center. So this one is much more sincere. There is even a sauna and a gym. There are also a lot of pleasant buns, such as free water, tea, and unlimited access to the halls reserved for recreation. In general, I recommend it!

A cool hostel with its own philosophy and style. Clean, neat, smells good both in rooms and in wet spots. Respect to the girl Irina at the reception and the girls in the cafe, who fed croissants to our big company for two days!
Among the disadvantages: a small cafe, a very small kitchen - you will not be able to sit there. But there is a large recreation room on the 1st floor. There's a piano and a guitar! And lots of upholstered sofas and chairs.
The Internet is stable internally, but very slow - you can add a little bit of speed.
And the rest is great, thank you very much!

We had a great time with our family. I highly recommend this hostel. The prices are reasonable, the interior is interesting, the rooms are tasteful, I liked the family room - the child was happy to sleep on a two-story bed. We were pleased with the sweets and water as a treat. There is a wonderful recreation room with board games. The coffee shop on the ground floor is excellent, I haven't had such delicious coffee for a long time. We will definitely come back

A great hostel with very cozy rooms, large and comfortable common areas and very, very pleasant staff!
Separately, I would like to note the order and cleanliness, the provision of free tea, sugar, dishes - it's all very pleasant.
The room also has a comfortable bed, clean and pleasant linens, air conditioning, hangers, a mirror - in general, very nice rooms and very modern)

We spent a day in the common room and a day in the private room, of the advantages, 2 options are always clean and accessible spaces such as a bathroom, a slaughter room, a kitchen, a seating area, tables with sofas at the reception and a coffee shop.
❗️FREE❗️tangerines and seagulls, nice atmosphere, you can go to evening events and get to know the residents of the hostel.
But still, there are a few additional options when you take a personal number, it's winter now and we've been given Coca-Cola, chocolates, lollipops and tangerines as a gift for a New Year's mood. Towels and hygiene products are also provided, even birushi, for residents of the common room it's all for an additional fee.
The overall impression is excellent, I would like to come here again.

It was my first time here. I drove cautiously. But I really liked everything. Clean, cozy, quiet, calm. It is comfortable, there are many areas for relaxation and comfortable learning. A shower, a gym and even a sauna, there was no rule in it. Very attentive administrators. You can eat and drink coffee. And it is located right in the center of Minsk. I will come here now. I recommend.

It's a very cool hostel. Polite staff, right in the hostel on the ground floor there is a cafe with delicious coffee and delicious breakfasts at optimal prices. There is a recreation area with regular activities. There is a zone for sitting and working. The Wi-Fi is good enough. The only thing missing is the curtains for the bed, so that there is some privacy.

Great hostel, small, very clean. I took an economy room with a bunk bed, but everything is very sound. The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. The linen is made of stripe satin, the mattresses are comfortable. In common use - kettle, steamer, microwave. The only inconvenience is a shower and toilet for 2 rooms, but it is acceptable for this price. In 5 minutes there is a shop and a Children's Art House with an excellent buffet where you can buy ready-made meals (there is a watch inside, but they let you into the buffet). If I go to Minsk again, I will stop there again.

We rented a family room, but we lived in it together.
Good location. Interesting design. It's clean enough. Cute girls at the reception. The advantages probably end there.
There is siphonite from the windows, the batteries are barely alive, 2 blankets were saved. Doors and locks are a separate type of bullying of guests. The doors are godlessly slamming, the locks don't work the first time they open and close (they're also loud in themselves), so people slam them hard (it happens damn around the clock). The kitchen can be said to be missing, a micro room of 1.5* 1.5 meters is difficult to call a kitchen. Toilets in shared showers... not, well, you're washing normally, but someone is pooping behind the screen. Guests with the intelligence of the slipper infuser continue to laugh like horses and scream even after the start of the hotel's silence regime. That was the most annoying thing. In my opinion, because of all these factors, the price is clearly too high. Well, or you can position yourself not as a hostel, but as a youth shelter.
I can't recommend it, this is the first hostel in many years of traveling to different countries that has caused so much negativity.

I recommend. I stayed from April 14th to April 26th, and I really liked everything. There are many bathrooms and showers. There is a kitchen, microwave oven, refrigerator, kettle, tea and sugar. Entertainment on the ground floor includes events such as Comedy, games, and so on every evening. There is a gym on the third floor. There is a cafe on the ground floor where you can order breakfast and delicious coffee. There is a luggage storage in the reception area, as well as an advertisement for excursions, which I took advantage of with great pleasure - BelAZ is the factory of the largest cars in the world, Mirsky Castle and Nesvizh Palace, Brest Fortress and Belovezhskaya Pushcha, Khatyn and Kurgan-Slava, and I visited the following cities on my own using trains - Vitebsk, Gomel Mogilev and Grodno. Minsk thank you, especially for the gastronomic pleasure. I will recommend this hostel to everyone.

A super cozy place where everything is there for a comfortable stay!
The choice of housing began with different aggregators, and almost all advised Urban both in terms of location and price
The location is really the best option, as there is a shopping center, shops, and a metro station within a 10-minute walk. I was lucky, as most of the excursions started from Freedom Square, and all this is very close to the hostel
From 8.00 to 22, a cafe is open where you can have a snack and a delicious breakfast, coffee beans, from the machine, delicious!
The hostel looks great: clean, cleaning every morning, bed linen, which is nice to sleep on. I think it has only recently opened, although all the places are occupied and there are a lot of people who want to settle
Internationality on the face: people living from Nigeria, France, Korea, the Russian Federation and Belarus itself - it's cool, communication is positive!
The staff is friendly, will always help and tell you everything if you have any questions
It is convenient that you can leave your suitcase at an early check-in and go about your business, and check in later, the same thing when you leave!
I used the sauna: very comfortable, new sauna, not a sauna, it's not hot, it's nice to be in it. I was given a bottle of water and towels, my time of stay was indicated, I booked it in advance
Every day and every evening there are some activities, unfortunately, I could not get to any of them, as I returned late from excursions, but the schedule is interesting, there is a desire to attend the events of the Public Speaking Club!
There are enough showers, if not individual ones, then the general washroom has always been free!
Of the disadvantages of the door: it really slams very loudly and does not always close easily.
In general, I am delighted with spending time in the hostel, I will come back again!

We rested in a family room in August 2024.
The hostel is conveniently located in the historical center, near beautiful squares. There is also a shop nearby, but not very many ordinary cafes with local / European cuisine (there is a cafe in the hostel itself, but I took only coffee there, the quality is good).
We were settled for a long time, almost 30 minutes with waiting, but there is water and tea in the waiting area (free of charge).
The hostel itself is clean, there are showers and toilets on every floor, there were no long queues. The hot water was turned off, but there are boilers.
Of the minuses, there is almost no Internet in the evenings (Wi-Fi was practically not loaded, and the Russian number did not receive a password to log in at all; the local mobile Internet also practically did not work in the evening) and a very small kitchen. There is no stove at all, there is only one refrigerator, sometimes products had to be literally crammed in.
There is a small gym, and some events take place every day. The staff is very friendly.
The place is very good, but be prepared for the fact that your "neighbors" can be heard through the wall, for problems with the Internet and a small kitchen (one of the advantages is that you can take a plate or mug to the room, because there is practically nowhere to eat in the kitchen).
Souvenirs and basic necessities can also be purchased on the ground floor.

We checked into your hostel on 25.03! We were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the work of the cafe! I especially liked the beautiful blonde administrator Daria! Convenient location. A large hostel is a fairly common place for recreation (there are fitness equipment, cinema evenings and all sorts of gatherings for guests) and work, there is a small cafe with a couple of tables, which solves the problem of finding a place for breakfast.
But its own kitchen is very tiny, there is only a refrigerator, a microwave, a couple of chairs.

An affordable price. Admins are responsive guys, it's clean enough everywhere. The recreation room hosts youth themed parties, there is a small sports hall, a cafe on the ground floor, and a cozy courtyard. I, an avid traveler, really liked it. Clean, cozy, friendly. There is a cafe at the hostel, you can have a delicious breakfast and not too expensive. At the reception there is an opportunity to purchase a SIM card, a tourist card, very cool. The rooms are full of places for things, I lived in an 8-bed women's room. There are individual shower rooms, also shared. There is a lot of space to relax, on the ground floor the room is equipped with a piano, a guitar, and an iron)) in general, I definitely recommend it. Мы были, конечно, в самый час пик). Новогодние праздники. Очень много людей, поэтому даже за чаем очередь. Но все очень доброжелательные. Персонал отзывчивый. Комната и белье - все чисто. Очень удобный матрас и обустройство комнаты. Ванна-туалет 4+. Для недолгого пребывания отличный вариант. Из минусов, пожалуй, очень маленькая кухня, но если не готовить, а кушать в городе, то этот момент не так важен. А расположение - идеальное. Спасибо, Urban.

A nice cool hostel near the center of Minsk and the embankment, for those who love the concept of a university dorm (but with the comforts of a 3-4-star hotel), where everyone is friendly, communicating with each other and coming up with different jokes. I am very glad that I stayed here. I lived in a shared women's room for 8 people, the bed was perfectly prepared (made up, there are storage places, personal sockets and a lamp), everything was clean, it was pleasant and comfortable to sleep. The hostel also has the opportunity to take a towel on deposit, which also made it very easy to collect things for the trip :)
The hostel has both shared and personal shower rooms, a sauna, a gym, a kitchen, common areas for rest and work, a cafe with breakfast, and, importantly, events in the evenings! Unfortunately, it was not possible to get to any of them, but the alley is great for travelers who would like to meet new people.
The staff is very polite, they will always help, tell you if something is unclear.
The hostel is located very conveniently, almost in the very center, everything is within walking distance.

The place is simply gorgeous, everything is great for the convenience of guests. Thought out to the smallest detail. Friendly atmosphere, high-level staff, lounge area with activities guitar, carpet, projector, many sofas, rocking chair liked, people of various nationalities, interesting communication with all visitors. Toilets and showers on every corner, there is a small gym (minus the gym that is next to the rooms of residence, well, if you exercise during the day. It is better to perform it in the recreation area on the carpet. There is a hair dryer in the common bathroom, hot water around the clock even when turned off, you can rent an umbrella if someone needs it, convenient access and Parking space. The location is in a quiet place, there are some entertainment for the residents, but I was not interested in what. It's pretty clean (not up to perfectionism, but not running) in the toilet there is paper, multicultural design, flags and all that. There are a lot of interesting young people. There is a good kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, countertop for a snack and reheat (not for cooking) for two people. A towel is given out as a symbolic pledge, there are many paintings everywhere, there are photos, the floor covering is everywhere except for living rooms tiles. A cultural place for cultured people, no smoking, no drinking here.
Everyone is welcome and friendly.
Living areas: bunk beds of good quality, do not creak when you climb to the second floor. I was in the bedroom only when I was going to sleep already.
I really liked it, it's better than boring hotel rooms.
There are rooms for two, 6 to 8 people, maybe there are other combinations, I did not specify.
The floor of girls and men is at different levels.
Whether a girl spends the night with a guy, no one contrasts, as they say, so long as they don't steal only positive impressions. Convenient location in terms of walking distance from the metro is not far. Nearby there is a beautiful drama theater, a small square and a nemiga with bike paths and mobility aids (scooters, bicycles). The very center of the city, the historical sites of the old town in the district. The staff knows several languages, Russian and Belarusian English.

I stayed in a women's six-bed room on the third floor for three days.
An extremely pleasant experience in general, I really liked the cleanliness in the rooms and in the common spaces, the housekeeping service works tirelessly, the showers/toilets are constantly being cleaned, I did not notice any debris or dust anywhere during my stay at the hostel.
The beds are fire, not flimsy, very powerful and well—made, did not wobble, pleasant mattresses, not too soft but also not too hard, very good pillows and blankets, there was a whole extension cord above your head in which you can charge/connect several devices at the same time, a small individual lamp, as well as a fabric holder with different sections in which you can put all your devices while they are charging. There are no curtains/privacy screens on the beds, but to be honest, it didn't bother me in any way.
You can contact the reception at any time, you can buy almost anything from them, shampoos and shower gels, slippers, locks on storage compartments under your bed, drinks (coffee from a coffee machine, bottled lemonades, water, energy drinks), some snacks. Almost all showers have a built-in hairdryer, but you can get a cooler one with a nozzle at the reception. There, in the lobby, you can absolutely freely pour free tea / water.
The hostel has a kitchen with two chairs and a counter, a kettle, a fridge and even a freezer. All the dishes are in place, you can safely buy food, throw it in the refrigerator (each package needs to be signed!) and warm up something right there.
I did not use the gym or sauna (it comes for a small fee), but they are available, they work, the equipment in the gym looks new and of high quality.
The only inconvenience for me personally, as a foreigner, was the fact that the deposit for the towel had to be paid in cash, because I didn't have any Belarusian rubles on the evening of my arrival, but I wanted to wash up. Honestly, it would be easier to just pay for it.
Overall, everything was great, 10/10, I'll come back again and recommend it to others.

Excellent hostel, excellent location (within walking distance of many tourist attractions). The staff is beyond praise-they are always ready to help, they told us everything in detail, showed us. We stayed with children in a family room. Linen, mattresses, pillows-everything is clean, neat, comfortable. Special thanks for the welcome compliment-it's a small thing, but it's very nice!
During the stay, there have never been any problems getting into the shower or toilet, there are plenty of them on two floors.
