I didn't like the customer service. We went in and the manager met us and sat us down at a table.
Then 1 manager came and said there is a reserve here, then 2 manager came here we have a reserve. And then 3 the manager asked us to move to another table where we were not comfortable. The table was almost at the aisle. I think we're customers too. It was very unpleasant

Уютное место с зимним залом, летней трассой и уличными столиками. Вкусная еда и кофе. По утрам от заведения прохладная вода.
Ценник немного выше, чем в подобных заведениях, но компенсируется дизайном блюд.
Из недостатков: летние столики расположены на проходе к торговому центру, вероятность, что в вашу тарелку будут заглядывать прохожие - 100%.

Очень классная кофейня, давно в такой не был. Я взял вкусный айс-капучино, который взбодрил и утолил жажду. Мой друг взял круассан с сёмгой и большое латте. Ему все понравилось, кушал за обе щеки. Нас обслуживала приятная и прекрасная официантка Валерия, она вежливая, все показала и рассказала, принесла заказ быстро, что сейчас не в каждой кофейне встретишь. Хочу отметить современный интерьер, удобная мебель, уютно. Цены средние, 1-2 раза в неделю можно сходить. В общем я в восторге от этого заведения. 5 из 5 звёзд. Рекомендую.

Отличное место, работает ночью. Очень круто, если невтерпеж перехватить сладкого, кофе и почитать в приятной атмосфере ночью. Днём тут тоже неплохо😉

Опять подняли цены… персонал не такой вежливый как раньше… свой круассан с семгой жду уже 20 минут. На кнопку не подходят …
В итоге ждала ровно 42 минуты свой круассан, потом сама подошла спросить, сказали, что «ингредиент закончился, извините» полный провал, хотела покушать пока ребенок спит, в итоге выпила свой остывшую чашку чая за 1080 тг и потопала голодной и с проснувшимся ребенком. Спасибо тебе Урбо! Больше ни ногой к тебе

Очень северное обслуживание. Забыли вынести мой десерт. Обратился с этой проблемой к официанту, он напрочь забыл.
Отсутствует простейшая официантская этика, ставят поднос на стол, грязно. Тут сел гость за стол на котором крошки, никто вообще их не убирает. Муравейник червствый, жёсткий. Еле-еле вилкой разламывается. Интерьер приятный, немного уютный даже. Музыка нормальная, не громкая.
Чай порадовал, да и круасан неплох, но обслуживание, вернее пожалуй отсутствие обслуживания испортило все впечатления

Кофе несут минут 20, забывая заказ из четырех позиций, при низкой загрузке и большом количестве официантов, это вообще не позволительно даже для самой зачуханной кофейни, зря выкупили франшизу, все потуги в оформлении сводятся на нет

Для сетевого заведения весьма прилично и вкусно.
Официанты слегка перегруженны, так что иногда приходится долго ждать или напоминать...
Из плюсов:
- Работают круглосуточно
- Много мест с розетками, можно засесть с ноутбуком
Из минусов:
- Часто нет свободных мест
- Очень нестабильный WIFI

I ordered a cappuccino with alternative milk and a latte with nut syrup today. There is no coffee or syrup in the latte. I don't think it's worth coming in here if you want coffee.

Еда отличная! Сервис посредственный. Некоторые официанты по вечерам не откликаются, приходится самостоятельно идти на кассу и платить. Сам несколько раз видел, как приборы падали на пол, а их клали обратно на тумбу с приборами. Впрочем, альтернативы лучше в районе лучше не нашёл.
