The waiting room is quite comfortable; there is a toilet. You leave your phone for storage - that is, you can come with a phone, but how else in the modern world. I ordered a taxi through Yandex, and the linked card is working in the app. The time from receiving the ticket to leaving the embassy is about an hour. Getting a visa in three days - that is, an interview on Monday, and getting a passport on Thursday from 10:00. Getting a passport is not at the embassy!!! Also, you will have to speak in English, there was no Russian-speaking representative of the embassy.
