First, I will describe the advantages. A clean house with a huge living room and fireplace. Gas heating + air conditioning =heat🙂 Three separate bedrooms and two additional beds in the living room in the form of two large folding sofas. Clean bed linen and towels. I would like to note separately the presence of a spiritual cabinet and, for fans, a Russian oven. The convenient location of the bathhouse, without leaving the house on the street. A sufficient number of dishes and cutlery for large companies.
Now about the downside, Be prepared that not everything in the house is included in the rental price, for example, a Bluetooth speaker, a dishwasher, you also need to pay for firewood (besides those that were provided). We had enough firewood, and if all this had been included in the price at once, we would have been comfortable, but there was a strange sediment.

If you want to spend your vacation with a cozy and comfortable, then I advise you to take a closer look at this estate.
There were 16 people in our company, there was enough space for everyone on the terrace and in the banquet hall and sleeping places too. Everything is clean, neat and somehow homey or something.
The owners, Vladimir and Tatiana, are very nice and friendly people, did not bother unnecessarily.
There is a steam room, I really liked it, everything is neat and clean. Equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils.
Tatiana, Vladimir, if you are reading this, then thank you very much for your work and care. If you remember, our company celebrated twenty years of graduation, all the guys, without exception, liked the estate very much.

We phoned the owners on July 20 , booked the estate for August 5 for 8 people , giving our contact details and full name , agreed to call during the day on Monday , July 30 to confirm the reservation . When I called after work at 7.30 pm, I heard that in the morning the estate had been rented to other people!
They said sorry, but we had already passed, because they called in the morning. Although no one called me during the day, and we had a reservation earlier, the hostess could not correctly answer more than one question!
In this case, just 5 days before the planned team building , you have to look for a new place , and people have taken a vacation going from Vitebsk and Polotsk to rest .
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!! KIDALOVO

Frozen horror.... We didn't get warm until morning. They wrote to the hostess that it was cold , and in response silence. . In the morning she said that she had left her phone somewhere)))))))!!!! There was no toilet paper in the toilet. We went for a photo and a fresh renovation. The roads there are terrible. . The pits are pits....

They came to the farmstead on a business trip. Vladimir and Tatiana are wonderful people!!! After a hard day's work, we returned to the manor as to our home.️ Always clean, cozy and delicious food! We highly recommend it! We are glad that fate brought us to this place💫
