I was here in July and August 1985, when I was 13 years old. It was a children's health resort in Luka. Excellent staff-doctors, tutors, nurses. Meals 6 times a day, vitamins, regime, physical education, etc. The children came from all over Belarus. There was a very beautiful mansion with a balcony and a tower (it had a dining room, an assembly hall with tennis tables), a new building was added to it, where there were wards (1st floor - children, 2nd teenagers). A nurse was on duty around the clock.
There is a pine forest, blueberries, and strawberries all around. There is a Lock nearby. The Dvina River. A beach with a sunken barge at the mouth of the Shevinskaya river. There was a lightning strike from the city along the river to the Old Village.
And what should we call those who "thanks" to whom all this is not present today? I saw the photo in the comments and felt sad.…

I come from these places. When there was a children's nephrological sanatorium there, it was a beautiful place, and then I would send smart management and everything was closed. And then, too, smart people crawled up to him so that no one would get the building. That's how they ruined it. And now it's rotting and falling apart, no one needs it anymore.Hurtful.

An interesting place. In Soviet times, it may have been some kind of pioneer camp.
