As a result, no matter how many times I try to dive into the wilds of using insurance, it's just terrible. It's always easier for me to go and do it myself ( faster and easier) ------------------- I am changing the review from one star to 5 (at first it was sharply negative and negative) After the "incident", representatives of the company contacted me. We solved all the problems. I would still like to emphasize that there were problems. Although in some cases they did not depend specifically on the insurance company. But I was on the "client" path that I encountered (problems with a pharmacy, a state polyclinic doctor who did not know how to work with insurance, almost reliable advice from a company specialist on the purchase of medicines) If all the incidents that clients have are solved with the same involvement and interest as they were solved in my case, then this is very cool. And the company is working very well. There are no further problems with the insurance company yet, I hope to continue this way. Because, unfortunately, the diagnosis and health problems have only been expanding since my first treatment, and I hope that in the future, at least from the insurance side, everything will be as clear and prompt.
