Everything else is written off as chronic, and according to poor analysis results, they do not even write to the doctor if there are no super complaints. And even if after visiting the doctor, the recommendation says - to take this and that, to visit that, then even this is practically impossible to achieve, and then they will also be rude.
All I hear from colleagues who are also insured in this company is that they are very dissatisfied with the service. Moreover, some people manage to "cheat" and sign up somewhere. It seems that there is no clear set of rules, and everything depends on the mood of the insurance employee or his own ability to convince / pressure pity.
