A very tasty place! Manta rays are amazing! It is a pity that it is located far from the center of Bukhara. The only opportunity to visit on the way back after the summer palace of the Emir.

We have never eaten meat like this anywhere else. We were visiting Bukhara and this place was recommended to us. We took cauldron kabob and kebabs. Sooooo delicious, soft and tender meat. The setting is very simple, like an ordinary bazaar cafe. But in terms of the kitchen, it's a bomb!!!

Excellent national cuisine, fast serving of dishes. We took manti, shish kebab, lula kebab - everything is very tasty. The price tag is normal, quite acceptable. It was a bit far for us to go, but in general it's okay to take a taxi. It's worth it for such a kitchen! Highly recommended!

From Sitorai Mohi Xosa, we went to try shish kebab and manti in the nearest cafe Usto Rustam.
At 14:30, the cafe was crowded, but soon a couple of buses left, and the cafe was empty. The hall is quite large and clean. The menu is one sheet on both sides, the prices are not marked.
There were no Manta rays. We took one "Fresh" salad of cucumbers, tomatoes and onions, and 4 lamb kebabs. The staff is friendly, the order was delivered fairly quickly. The kebabs are small, one and a half times thinner than the rest. Very tasty, elastic, juicy, with a taste of cumin.
For the first time we ate shish kebab with bones - there were almost enough pieces of ribs for a whole shish kebab (the taxi driver later said that a good expensive shish kebab with bones, "custom-made"))).
The amount of the bill is reported verbally, only 110 thousand soums were paid.

We ordered 4 manta rays + a kebab cauldron (if I remember correctly) + a teapot with green and a teapot with black tea + a beef shish kebab, a salad of cucumbers and tomatoes. They ate too much (there are two of us). We paid 185 thousand SOM. It was very tasty. They were served not quickly, but with lightning speed...

Из еды мне понравился суп балаза, манты, шашлык из баранины. Многолюдно но очень шумно. Быстро обслуживают. Интерьер как в обычном кафе. Из за вкусных блюд стоит идти. Рекомендую.

I didn't like it. The kebab was digested in kiwi. The prices are undemocratic for such a cafe. It would not hurt to clean up. Well, a wish to the waiters - better a bad pencil and a crumpled piece of paper than your "wonderful" memory!
