Extremely disappointed with the store. I came shopping knowing about their promotion – when buying three products, they promised a 30% discount on the cheapest of them. I asked the consultants several times if I would have a discount – everyone said yes. I also asked at the checkout if the discount had passed, and they answered that yes. I decided to check the receipt at home and it turned out that there was no 30% discount. And the discount was on their loyalty program. I contacted the store and it turned out that the discount only applies to clothes and shoes! This was not mentioned anywhere, and the staff did not bother to clarify. (I bought a mattress, and 2 warm envelopes) As a result, they did not give a discount, and the manager did not even try to help or find a solution. Only formal apologies and complete indifference. If I had known that this would happen, I would not have bought all 3 products here. I could have bought the same mattress at another store cheaper. This approach is just a deception and disrespect to the buyer. Don't set foot in this store anymore. Thank you for spoiling the shopping experience!
