The hotel is located 30 m from the metro station. The rooms are spacious. The friendly staff are mostly young people studying hotel specialties. Simple but hearty breakfasts. If you have a card, you can add lentil soup or scrambled eggs to your breakfast for an additional fee. The rooms have balconies. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
One of the disadvantages is payment by card only. The rooms overlook a busy street and are quite noisy. The hotel staff has difficulty communicating in English.
Overall, it's not a bad hotel.

My friend, who is almost a native of Istanbul, brought me there. The area is very cool and calm: sports car salons every 300 meters, 20 minutes walk to the Bosphorus embankment, I haven't met a single compatriot tourist in a week, there are a lot of cool restaurants, the exit from the metro stops at the hotel door. And all this for $ 40 per day! This is a hotel for civil servants who come to study or something - that's how they explained it to me. 70% of the rooms were empty.
