She is attentive to the nuances, tactful, prompt, diplomatic and at the same time incredibly warm in communication. The organization is impeccable. The reaction is lightning fast. The memory is phenomenal. The smile is sincere. She doesn't just solve the issues, she anticipates them. It doesn't just arrange the check—in - it creates the feeling that you were expected here. Calm, confident, self—contained, intelligent - everything works like clockwork with her, but without the cold mechanics. Only lively participation and real care. If there had been an Olympiad of administrators, Alyona would not have participated — she would have been invited to present medals. The COZY Hotel is an example of how a service should look today and how it should stay tomorrow. I want to come back even before I left. And this is perhaps the best indicator of quality. ...
