I really enjoyed the stay! The room is clean, cozy, and has everything you need — a shower and toilet right in the room, a comfortable bed, and fresh linens. The staff is friendly, they settled in quickly and without unnecessary formalities. It's just a couple of minutes from the airport. They also offered to relax in the sauna for 5,000 rubles per hour — after the flight it was just a salvation! I will definitely stop again.

In general, the picture is quite different from reality. The first thing that impressed me was not a hotel, but a hotel—like structure built behind a fence on a private territory. Accordingly, since everything was done as cheaply as possible, even through two rooms behind the wall, the audibility is as if it were happening in your room - let me remind you that guests come 24/7. They don't really like to clean the room itself — for example, a woman's hair at the kettle and a dead cockroach (or bug) may meet you on the table. You will also find an empty soap dish in the bathroom (fortunately, I had a spare shower gel with me, which I diluted with water). The bed is also dirty and wrinkled, with a big greasy stain. The most unpleasant thing is the lack of air conditioning. He's not there. Although it can be very hot in Almaty in summer. There is no fan or normal ventilation. Accordingly, you have 2 options — to sleep in a stuffy room with a curtained window or in a slightly less stuffy room, but so that everyone looks at you passing under the window. Well, in addition, in the morning (I checked in around 3 a.m.), the receptionist called and asked "What time are you leaving?" when he had problems checking in with other guests. In general, for this price, you can find much better options.
