If you are aware that you are still in Kazakhstan, moreover, in Taraz, and you do not have high expectations, then you can safely stop. The staff is polite and helpful, the room, in our case the suite, is quite large and clean. Heat. The bed had a decent mattress, it smelled a little like sewage, but it was solved by spilling water in the shower.
Breakfast at a local cafe, stylized as a French cafe, by the way, there was a solid 5 for the design of the whole institution. A buffet with an emphasis on sweets. It is quite tolerable.
The disadvantages include the location - a strange area where no delivery service goes, there is no place nearby where you can eat after arriving late, because the hotel cafe closes somewhere at 18. The noise and smell from the railway, but again, this is your choice where to book.
Unfortunately, the cost in the market is overestimated for all accommodation services in the KZ.
If you book with a cool head and without expectations, I highly recommend it
