The concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE of this company is not known! In order. 1. I filled out an application on the website to calculate the cost of the window. I chose a convenient way of communication for myself - a message in a messenger. As a result, no one contacted me for 2 days, she wrote me off for the weekend - and on Monday she wrote on Instagram herself - they answered quickly - and calculated 890 rubles with installation. Next, the manager called "on request." That is, why do you ask in the questionnaire for a convenient way of communication for me, if in the end you still don't take it into account. 2. Measured A specialist came to take measurements and measured everything. He said that there might be difficulties with the installation, because the house is old. I sent it to the company for final calculation. 3. Miscalculation It took 1.5 days and the final price turned out to be 1100 or 1200 rubles (depending on the thickness of the window). That is, the price from the "preliminary calculation" increased by 200 and 300 rubles. In my opinion, if there is such a significant difference, then it is better not to engage in "pre-calculation" at all and not waste each other's time. 4. Conclusion of the contract. The production time is 2 weeks. The window manufacturing period is nearing its end. Evening, the installer calls, "we will install the window for you tomorrow morning." That is, no one clarifies my plans, whether I have the opportunity to be at the installation in the morning. They just put it in front of the fact. And we had agreements with other floor filling specialists for that day. To which the installer said that they would "arrive earlier and have time to install." 5. Installation During installation, there are "services for an additional fee" - knocking down plaster. To our objection that the contract specified a "fixed price with installation", we were told that they had warned us about difficult installation. We had a premonition, yes, but the fact that it would be an additional fee on the day of installation, and not immediately included in the price at the conclusion of the contract, no. They left behind all the garbage on the floor and dirt. It's good that my husband was present at the installation and was able to remove all the garbage and the window to the balcony. If it was just me, I just wouldn't have been able to handle the window or the trash on my own, and the floor filling would have to be postponed. But no one thinks about it, even though they were warned. As a result, yes, the service was provided, the window was installed, but each stage of interaction with the company only added negative sediment. There were plans to order other windows, ceiling and floor, but I don't want to contact this company anymore. My advice to the manager for the future is to work on customer service, not just on high-profile advertising promises that do not correspond to reality. "One satisfied customer brings two, and the dissatisfied one takes away ten."
