After the operation, I came to continue my medical examination, stood in line at the reception for 40 minutes and they did not find my outpatient card (I have been a patient at this polyclinic for more than 50 years). I asked the deputy chief physician to help me (but already by phone), but I still haven't received an answer, they haven't found the card (I don't think they were looking for it) . I no longer have the patience or the opportunity to visit all the specialists again to continue treatment and get on the waiting list for sanatorium treatment or rehabilitation.
