Business class tickets, the plane breaks down on the runway, everyone is unloaded. My wife and 2 children from the business, one of whom is an infant, are shoved onto a shared bus and unloaded into a common room. They refuse to return the wheelchair while waiting.
They are not allowed to return to the CIP zone, they do not talk about the possibility of being in the mother and child's room, the water was brought in an hour and a half after the flight was delayed by 5.5 hours, if there were no cooler in the mother and child's room, the children and the wife would have nothing to drink.
A shared bus was also crammed into the general queue to board the plane.
Taking advantage of the fact that there was no man nearby, the airline representatives behaved absolutely disgracefully.
