I applied to find out the status of an international shipment by track number, since after passing through customs, the status in the AliExpress system has not been updated for 6 days. The employee of the department behaved rudely, answered questions in an irritated manner, referring to the "heavy workload", while refusing to properly check the information on the track number. The second employee completely ignored the customers' questions, including another visitor who clarified the possibility of receiving his shipment. There was a queue at the branch, and customers had to wait for a long time without any explanation. There is an impression of complete indifference of the staff to their work and to the visitors.
