I rate it as a tourist. We came to the department to buy stamps. I'm a mom with a stroller and a baby. When a staircase leads to the entrance. Ramps are out of the question. There is no information about lunch, but it is there;) apparently from 13 to 14. We arrived at 13:30, of course, no one sold us stamps until 14:00. They don't sell any postcards at the post office, here you will only buy stamps. The brand in the Russian Federation is 11.200 som (2 pieces of 5600 each) as of October 2024.
