About a month ago, I made the unfortunate decision to switch from Ucell to Uztelecom, and I’ve regretted it ever since. Coverage is consistently poor across the country, and the so-called 5G is mostly nonexistent. Data packages are relatively expensive for what you get, and the overall service quality is deeply disappointing. Since I rely entirely on mobile internet and don’t have Wi-Fi at home, this has been especially painful. The past month has been an exercise in pure regret.

I am writing about the home Internet service in the Yashnobad area. Positive: - inexpensive Minuses: - bouncing ping from 90 to 5000 m.s., I checked with the pingplotter program, ping jumps on all nodes, i.e. it won't work to say that my router is not like that. - during rush hours from 5:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., the speed may drop to the point where 360-480 videos will be uploaded. - sometimes there are repairs, at the moment, the Internet has been turned off for the 3rd day already, when contacting support, I receive a reply with the completion date of 13:00 the next day. In fact, wired internet is more like 4G mobile with constantly bouncing speeds and ping. If possible, connect something more stable to protect your nerves and not to maintain a goofy attitude to your work.

I called 1084 due to Internet outages, and they confirmed these outages (there were 78 failures, they said so themselves). We have rebooted the port, left a request, and they should arrive within 3 business days. I asked for a new Wi-Fi router for the promotion, they said they didn't know if there were new 5Hz routers available, after a couple of minutes they said there was, but first I had to go to the office in your area. I went to this office the next day. Everything was confirmed there, and they said that today the team itself would bring a new Wi-Fi router (the meaning of the trip is still unclear to me if it could be confirmed online). I came home and there is no Internet at all. I decided to call 1084 again and find out what the problem was. Called. They said that the application for the team was closed(?), although I did not close it. He asked who had closed it and why. They said they didn't know, and they shouldn't be responsible for the actions of other operators, as they claimed we could only open a new application. And today is Saturday, and they won't be able to arrive until Monday. He asked me if I'd been without Internet for two days, without any reason to sit?
