They don't know how to make coffee and don't know how. Spilling in a single horn for 70 seconds, came out drop by drop. The double is even longer. It took 10 seconds from inserting the horn into the group and turning on the strait, i.e. it was only from this that the coffee burned. Milk is beaten normally. At least the money was returned.
