Today, when I came back to your PVZ, I was served by another employee named Timur. I told him about the situation and he answered me in a rude and incorrect way: "I do not know, I have been working here for the first day. Sit down, I'll write." He later brought an umbrella, but his tone of communication was offensive and completely unprofessional. I felt as if I was asking him for a favor, and not as a client who has the right to be treated with respect.
Such behavior, in my opinion, is absolutely unacceptable for employees of your company, and I hope that you will take measures to eliminate such situations in the future.

The more I use it, the worse it works.
For the second time, the order does not arrive at the pick-up point, but if the first time the order was without payment and it was just unpleasant, now the order has been fully paid and for 5 days the support has been feeding me breakfast about a refund.
They can't help in any way at the issuing point, but in the bot they respond with ready-made templates and cannot answer normally and solve the issue. Terrible support service.
