I recommend not contacting this bank, I filled up their card through their ATM, the money has not arrived, they have been promising for 15 days that the application will be considered, but nothing has been done. The amount was large and I was left in a difficult position. I even went to the head office and couldn't decide anything, in short, this bank let me down a lot, first 7 days, then 10 days, already 14, and now they say they will consider the application in 30 days. The service at this bank is really disgusting, I agree with the previous user here. There is no support service at all, they are completely illiterate, they do not understand at all what they are doing. They can't close the card for several days, they don't know how to do it, and they don't know how long they need to do it. They deceive me, they write that the card is closed, but in fact it is blocked and listed on me. They don't understand the difference between closing a card and blocking it. You need to add two cards with the largest turnover in the last 3 months. You can get up to 25,000,000 soums. But they will charge 5% of the loan amount for the banking service! Sometimes this solution helps out! Visa and Humo banking system card. Use it!👍

Today, I transferred money from another bank's physical card to Visa Uzum (the money was successfully debited), but there is still no money on Visa Uzum! As a result, I was left without lunch in the office, because the money flew away in an unknown direction, and tech support does not solve the problem. One of the most unprofessional banks. Customer orientation is zero. Issues are not resolved through the call center. The call center staff reads the templates, feeds them "breakfasts" and pretends to do everything "possible" and "impossible" to resolve the issue. The address of the physical office and the management are not given, they refer to the fact that the management will not respond, and the physical office simply does not exist. I opened an Uzum visa and secured a card from another bank to replenish it. Bottom line: the money was withdrawn in November from another bank's card, and in February from an Uzum Visa card. I am extremely disappointed with the work of Uzum Bank. The registration process in the application went without any problems, but the verification turned into a real nightmare. I have successfully completed all the registration steps and submitted the necessary documents, but verification has not been completed, and two months have passed since then. I tried to contact the support service, both on Telegram and via chat in the app, but no answers were received to my questions. When I finally got through to the operator, they promised to help me, but no solution was found. All I got were excuses and standard phrases, as if I were talking to a robot, and not to a real person. Expectations have not been met, and there is absolutely no help from the bank. Two months is too long a time to resolve such an issue, and this further undermines the bank's credibility. I am losing faith in their competence and in their ability to solve even the simplest problems of clients. Now I have a feeling that Uzum Bank does not care about its users and does not take measures to remedy the situation. I definitely do not recommend this bank!

I reconnected the cards in capital bank to the new number without any problems, and linked all other services to the new number. And only with Uzum there was a whole show, and no solution to the problems, everything only got worse. I had a Uzum Bank card linked to my previous number. When I changed the number, I tried to contact support so that they would either link my old account to the new number or delete the old account so that I could verify on the new one and continue using the card. As a result, it turned out that support responds to messages every two hours, operators respond with standard scripts, a new operator responds each time, and they do not read or look at the message history at all. It took me a few days to get them to delete my old account. And after they deleted my old account, it turned out that I still couldn't verify on the new one and link the card! Although before that, the operator had explicitly told me that after deleting the old account, I would be able to verify and use the card, which was an outright deception. They started telling me that I needed to go through verification at the office, because I am a non-resident, although before that, when I issued the card to the old number, I passed it from the application. I decided to give up on this story for a while. And as a result, after a few days, I lost the opportunity to use the app altogether! After logging into the account, a window appeared with an offer to issue their Uzum card, which did not close! A few days later, the app basically stopped letting me use my new number, giving me the error "too many login attempts." It's like they just banned my number! I no longer have any strength or desire to write, call support, and retell this story hundreds of times, because I know that you will not solve my problem anyway. I'll just leave you this negative review, and I'll forget about the Uzumbank app forever.

I would like to draw the attention of new clients of this bank: if there is a cancellation, through your fault or not, then the money will have to wait a very, very long time!!! How many times can I send personal data to log in to the app?
