Order #26471134 was not received on time, support said it was canceled. I bought everything elsewhere, as a result, the order arrives and I can't cancel it myself.
Support has already written 3 times that we will cancel it now, but nothing happens at all. The money has been paid, and it's still hanging for this order.

We use the Uzum service regularly. The Ecopark team works smoothly and quickly. Even if there is a queue, you never have to wait long.
All conditions have been created at the PVZ to check the order for compliance. And for fitting accessories and clothes, 2 cozy booths with a full-length mirror, an ottoman, a shoe horn and a doormat are provided.
When paying for an order directly to the PVZ through Uzum bank, 5% cashback is credited. Personally, I really like receiving orders at Ecopark, so I recommend it without the slightest doubt.

I managed to visit two branches of Uzum, Mukimi and C1, it so happened that I visit C1 more often. I ordered a block of Chortoq water and packs of instant porridge.
