Positive:
Fast delivery.
The staff is polite and nimble.

Minuses:
Many sellers do not get in touch.
You cannot select the delivery time by courier.

We returned the product on the same day as we received it, as it did not work. They told Yu that the money would come within 10 days - they cheated, a month has passed - there is still no money (
Call center specialists (I've already called 5 times) - everyone promised to call back on the same day, but no one called, including the senior specialist.
The PVZ also said that there was a technical malfunction and they will call back.
As a result, the problem has not been solved, there is no refund for the product that was returned, no one has ever called back 🤷🏻♀️
They can't tell you any specifics about the refund!
