Our guided tour started at 5pm and the guide was in a rush to complete it. He spoke very fast russian and it was challenging to understand his fast speech at times.
The place is very beautiful. Certainly the owners have done a magnificent job. One has to give them a credit for outstanding accomplishment of putting together such different gardens.
Wine tasting was a rush as well. The amount of wine poured is very little. If it was done in a rush it would been much better experience as the guy seemed knowledgeable.
The service in the restaurant is horrible. It takes hours for them to bring food. The waiters at times are absent and are not trained properly.
I was personally disappointed that our request to remove TV so we can enjoy the view. We were told that they will check connectivity and remove it immediately, but our numerous requests were left unattended.
Salute to hard working owners but service needs drastic improvement, especially restaurant.

How good it is there, what air and a very interesting tour, the guide Kristina is so sincere, so dear she has become during this time that we spent there.
The territory is large, there is a pond where you can go fishing and if you want, you can stay at the guest house, there is a wonderful restaurant. And how many varieties of grapes, the most unusual with Mango flavor is just love from the first bite, it's a pity they don't sell it anywhere)))) There are so many interesting varieties of wines as well, everything is very interesting. There is also a huge event area and a wonderful garden. Many thanks to the creators of this beautiful place!!!! Peace, kindness and prosperity!

A small winery near Tashkent, excellent in terms of preparing a samelier, which told all about the region, wines. We have sorted out the range of local drinks from red wine to chacha, from port wine to cognac. I've never heard of wines from Uzbekistan in my life. There is no sound insulation in the rooms and if you find a family with a child in the next room, you will not have any rest. The garden is beautiful, but only for walking, there are only two places where you can sit and relax. The tasting was terrible, the glasses did not change, which is why in the end the aroma of all the wines was mixed, the girl who conducted the tasting was in such a hurry that it was impossible to taste the wine at all, as if they were driving somewhere. The food is not bad, but they don't do anything with insects, so a seasoning of pesky flies is mandatory for your dish)

I recommend it for a visit if you have never been to the winery. You can see the production, vineyards. The winery is young. The staff is polite and cheerful. The hostess is well done. There is a restaurant on site where you can eat very tasty food.

We were very satisfied, the show program was also diverse and interesting. In the evening we had dinner at the restaurant, the food is delicious, the wine is excellent, the prices for their quality correspond. It is possible to develop an excellent wine business in Uzbekistan, including with wineries open to the public. There are two of them in the Tashkent area so far. Uzumfarmer is an excellent example of both a wine restaurant, a small well-kept garden and show vineyards (in which, however, the old vines were cut down, and the young ones are just beginning to grow).

Прекрасный ухоженный сад, и красивые виды. Особенно классно в ресторане,с которого открывается просторный вид на виноградники. Вино на
семейной винодельне вкусное и очень разное. Есть белое, розовое, красное...Игристое и нет. А так же чача. Если вы берете номер люкс, то в подарок при заселении бутылочка вина.
Есть пруд с рыбами. Можно арендовать снасти и порыбачить.
Из минусов: очень плохая звукоизоляция номеров.
Рекомендую посетить? Обязательно

The family winery, about which I want to share a review, turned out to be a real discovery for me. After visiting it, I was immersed in a unique atmosphere of passion and devotion that permeates all stages of wine production.
One of the things that impressed me was their passion for quality. Every step of grape selection before bottling is carried out with care and care. You can feel it already at the first sip of wine — it is so harmonious and rich in taste that it does not leave you indifferent.
I would also like to note that the family winery attaches special importance to tradition and heritage. Each bottle reflects the richness of the family history, and the whole winery is imbued with respect for the past. This creates a special atmosphere and makes each visit unique.
I can't help but mention the wonderful people who take care of every detail of wine production. They are happy to make excursions, talk about the process, share their knowledge and passion for winemaking. Excellent service and attention to visitors create an excellent experience.
And, of course, the location of the winery itself is a wonderful addition to the whole atmosphere. In the midst of vineyards and green hills, I enjoyed the beauty of nature, being in the heart of the art of wine production.
In general, the family winery exceeded all my expectations. They have not only fine wine, but also a real passion for their work. I recommend everyone to visit this place and enjoy the atmosphere and taste of a truly unique wine.

Вполне себе приличные местные вина с демократичными ценниками и возможностью дегустации. Здесь чудесно можно отдохнуть с любимым человеком!
К вашим услугам благоустроенные номера небольшой гостиницы, места для прогулок вокруг, включая замечательный сад, в котором можно провести время с удовольствием. Заметно, что хозяева вкладывают душу в его развитие и поддержание в порядке!
Кухня ресторана/кафе на верхнем этаже гостиницы - сплошное разочарование. Отвратительный колхозный сервис - владельцы явно экономят на персонале, что портит положительное впечатление о винодельне в целом.
Ну а и что совсем странно: отсутствие сколько нибудь приличного кофе.
Господа владельцы, приобретите, наконец, кофе машину!
Ставлю 4, потому что неплохие вина и сад.

We visited the wine festival here, we really liked the organization, different locations, you can walk, take pictures, there are enough places to sit down and relax. Different entertainment areas, such as archery, playing at a "wine" casino, etc. Overall, well done. It's fun, delicious, and curious. I was pleased with the fireworks by the end of the evening. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back again.

Ohhhh.... If you get right to the point - neither the tour nor the wine is worth it. If, of course, you are so tired of Uzbekistan and Tashkent in particular, then velkam! Excursion. She looks like mom is showing me her gardening achievements and I have to be touched. The first tree in this field, the lawn where the hostess's daughter's wedding was celebrated, the garden of the earthworm, the design of the hostess herself, etc. If you are not related to them, you will be bored. Wine. Well, this is affected by the lack of history (they are very young) and the inquisitive mind of the owners. Everything seems to be "not up to". They are looking for themselves, but so far the quality is very different from the aplomb with which they position themselves. I think it might be good here in 50 years, but I don't recommend it yet. It's not worth the money.

Потрясающее место для отдыха семьей или компанией друзей. Программа экскурсии по винодельне и дегустация превзошла мои ожидания.
На территории винодельни есть ресторан с панорамным видом на горы, гостиница, экзотический сад и виноградные плантации.
Мы с компанией приехали в середине декабря и не пожалели, не смотря на то, что зелень уже облетела. Место очень живописное, один заснеженный Тянь-Шань чего только стоит. Погуляли по саду, насладились теплой (по сравнению с Уралом) погодой, вкусно поели, узнали много нового о процессе виноделия и коллекции сортов винограда. Восторг - не меньше!
Линейка вин оказалось очень даже неплохой, нашлись на любой вкус и цвет любимчики.
Но отдельно отмечу людей, которые создали этот невероятный уют и уединенную атмосферу. В место вложена душа, это чувствуется в каждом камушке и кусте. Спасибо большое за лучший день в Узбекистане!

Проводили свадьбу. Из 14 официантов только 3 знают хорошо свое дело, персонал очень низко квалифицированный. Только мясо на гриле было вкусным, горячие закуски не вкусные. Вина неплохие, хороший богатый терруар, красные очень терпкие, чем то похожи на грузинские. Территория красивая, но за аренду поляны оплата начинается с того момента как только начинают работать оформители. Кухня находится в здании на последнем этаже, а поляна в 200-х метрах от здания, и официанты хоть и стараются быстро все сервировать, все равно подача очень медленная.
3 звёзды только за красоту сада, все остальное ещё требует долгой и планомерной проработки. На европейскую винодельню это отдаленно похоже только антуражем.

Прекрасное место для приятного вечера. 20 мин от Ташкента и вы попадаете на молодую винодельню. Есть дегустация, экскурсия, отель и ресторан. Дегустация+экскурсия по территории 250 000 сум, в дегустацию входят 5 бутылок вина, сырная тарелка и сомелье, рассказывающий о винах😁 Из вин понравились полусладкие: Siesta (белое) и Jupiter (красное). По словам сомелье, Jupiter - сорт винограда из США, которое производят только в 4 странах: США, Новая Зеландия, Россия и Узбекистан.
Также на территории есть чудесный японский сад, где приятно прогуляться после дегустации.

Винодельня, недалеко от Ташкента, были на экскурсии по саду с дегустацией вин, все понравилось от и до, девушке -экскурсоводу отдельное спасибо, успехов в карьере. Сад с уголками разных стран, прошлись по виноградникам, побывали внутри помещений, посмотрели технологию производства вина, в ресторане с видом на виноградники попробовали продегустировали вина и чачу, уехали с винодельни с положительными, радостными эмоциями и навеселе 🥴

A beautiful and interesting place, delicious wine, you can see how much effort and soul the owners put into this place, but there are huge problems with the service. The difficulties begin already at the booking stage, the feeling that the dispatcher is not working there at all. We booked a package for February 14th - a hotel and dinner. The menu was approved in advance, while paying extra for the extended menu. I transferred the prepayment and made a reservation. On February 13, I wrote to find out if we could come in the afternoon to have lunch and take a walk there, they replied that there was no reservation, asked us to throw off a screenshot of our correspondence. After screenshots and a phone call, we "found" the reservation or added it again, we were told that we could come in the afternoon and have lunch. We arrived at three o'clock, checked in, asked to set the table, to which we were told that there would be no lunch because all the staff was busy preparing for the evening. After my insistent arguments that we arrived early specifically to have lunch and not to sit in the room for an extra 4 hours and that I called and wrote in advance to confirm exactly this moment, they asked to take off the screen again and after some time agreed to set the table.
But the most interesting thing happened later. Dinner, evening program, from the menu consisting of 10 items, only salads and wine were brought, when the program ended, they began to clear the tables - they called the waiter, asked about the hot stuff, to which he made a surprised face, asked if we had made an order, and then said that "there was not enough food because there were a lot of guests." How can there not be enough food when it's not an open dinner, but an evening with pre-booking and prepayment. For some reason, they brought cakes. Five times they were asked to leave the restaurant and go down to the room with the words "we'll figure something out and go down to the room." We didn't swear, we didn't make noise, but the staff couldn't even fix the situation. Half an hour later, cakes and one steak were brought to the room on a tray. Why one if there are two guests is unclear, and how to have dinner in a room consisting of a bed and one bedside table is also not clear, apparently on my knees. I think it's just spitting at the guests. As a result, we took out a tray of food to the manager, politely expressed our complaints to him, handed over the keys and left for the city because the evening was badly spoiled and we did not want to stay there. I asked the manager to contact me the next day to somehow resolve the situation, of course no one got in touch.
A separate topic is that they ask you to pay for wine immediately during dinner, which is wildly strange. I have not been to any restaurant where payment was requested during meals. In hotels, most often they write everything down to the room account and accept payment upon departure.

The tour of the production is very fast, the guide could not answer our questions about the production.
They poured little at the tasting, it can be seen that they save a lot. Of the wines themselves, I liked only one. The rest are so-so.
If the price was 2 times cheaper, it would be normal. But the excursion and tasting are clearly not worth the money.

Отличное место для тех, кто любит и ценит хорошее вино. Большой выбор вин и дистиллятов. В принципе, их можно купить в городе во многих алкомаркетах, но сама атмосфера виноградников создает особое настроение. Очень нравятся ландшафты созданные хозяйкой.
На территории фермерского хозяйства есть также отель для проживания гостей и ресторан с терассой. Отель на уровне 3 звнзд, но вполне достойный.
Особо хотел бы отметить отличный сервис в ресторане и потрясаюшее искусство поваров. Очень понравились фррменный салат Узумфермер и фирменный стейк Узумфермер. Понял значение выражения "гастрономический оргазм" :)

Отличное место. Всем рекомендую посетить. Бесподобный сад, в котором как в сказочном лесу. Экскурсия об истории фермы. Дегустация различных вин. И в завершении ужин в ресторане. Блюда вкусные. Я ел стейк. Очень вкусно. Обслуживание нормальное. Ребята отзывчивые. В целом атмосфера сказочная. Молодцы владельцы фермы!
