On October 17, it was necessary to urgently print a couple of pages from a pdf file. I came and asked and sat down at the computer . I'm trying to open a file from the mail, but there is no such program. I clarified with the administrator - he says that it is impossible, and so on. I sat at the computer for a minute - I did not use the services. He was about to leave. The admin gave me the change of 3 rubles (an hour cost 3.5 rubles). I walked out the door and realized that I hadn't paid before I sat down at the computer. I CAME BACK AND GAVE 3p. and wanted to leave. The admin started demanding my ATTENTION - 50 kopecks. for not using the services at all! There are no words!!!!!!!!! I did not expect such an attitude. And this is in 2018. I paid 50 kopecks. They didn't give me a check, they didn't provide a service. Because of the urgency, there was no time to bicker. Bottom line: avoid this place.
