The service is excellent. We took a Renault Traffic minivan for 2 days for a long trip. The car is comfortable, as a driver, I really enjoyed it) The fuel consumption is pleasant - 6.5 l/100km. A little harsh for the passengers in the back row, but tolerable). The managers are polite and pleasant to communicate with. Everything is prompt. The car is fresh and clean. There are non-critical nuances of burning errors. Thanks to v-auto) I definitely recommend it.

If you take a car here, keep in mind that there is 1 manager in the office. Make an appointment and don't be late. If he has gone somewhere, then you will wait for him indefinitely. I agreed that the car was needed from 9 a.m., they did not wait for me for 20 minutes, as a result, the car was received around 13h. All plans had to be changed urgently.

Zero customer orientation among the staff, I ask the authorities to pay special attention to the administrator, who does not perform her functions from the word at all, from communicating with customers (cute only at the stage of issuing a car) to an elementary answer in the east, to claims or questions that could facilitate the process of renting a car to a client - complete disregard, or : "we can't help you," although that's not the case. The service is definitely focused on one-time cooperation, I strongly advise you not to impose a sink 100%, even if you wash it an hour before delivery)

I was very confused that they gave me a dented car. Moreover, when I signed and paid for the car, it was standing sideways and I saw it already during the inspection.
They tried to explain to me what , and what's the big deal here.
Well, everyone takes cars for different purposes, and someone doesn't care, someone doesn't. And it doesn't matter if it's an economy medium or a business. Maybe a guy takes a young girl for a ride, or someone else takes her somewhere.
At the same time, I booked the car in advance and could tell if the car was defective, would you take it?
I would have refused and would have searched further. And so there is no time to look for, and you need a car.
Explanations that sometimes get into an accident just before registration are also not an excuse. This is force majeure. No one is insured.
But to say in advance an already known fact, it is necessary. All people are different, some are acceptable, some are not, even if the speed is not affected.
Therefore, clarify this fact before renting, since it is not considered important. I hope it was just a lot of work and forgot to say it, because I'm still planning to contact the company.

The deposit is taken only in cash in Belarusian rubles or dollar / euro. You can pay with a card. They give cars to citizens of the Russian Federation without any problems.

The plastic of the door and panel was wiped in pieces, and dust was left in the corners at all. Vacuumed badly. Money thrown away. After a while, I came back and saw a completely different picture. The staff is different and the approach to work is completely different. With two stars, you can safely put 5, since they washed it properly this time and provided a discount as an apology. Initially, we wanted to rent a Largus, but the girl manager said that she doubted that all our luggage would fit there, and we did not want to rent a minibus. A variant of Cadi Maxi was proposed. The deposit was returned immediately after the inspection when handing over the car. The rent was paid with a Russian Mir card, the deposit was left in Russian rubles.
