There are no questions about the quality of the dishes. But there are a lot of questions for the staff. The order via delivery to a doner, did not wait for delivery after 2 hours, although the delivery address is 200 meters from the institution. I called, the phone is unavailable. I wrote on whatsapp and received the first overwhelming response: we didn't notice the order because of the flow of people. I tell them to start preparing the order and go get it myself. I ask the institution, how did they not see my order for 2(!) hours? I'm listening to a story about a stream of people. I suggest that employees play the guitar better than work in the service if they cannot keep track of orders that arrive systematically. To which I get a second super answer: if you don't like something, don't order anything at all. Brilliant! This is the administrator of the institution telling me, bravo! I appeal to the management of the institution, put your staff in order, they are still the face of the institution. In the meantime, they can neither accept the order nor interact with the guests.
