We came to karaoke, to the VIP booth. Very bad, I didn't expect it. They came to sing, and waited for the microphone settings, the equipment for 2 hours. The sound is terrible, the microphones do not work, they barely asked to change. They changed it, as a result, the batteries ran out in one after 3 songs. It seems that everything is old and has not changed since the opening day. The repertoire is also terrible. The songs are all old, not all can be found. In general, I am deeply disappointed. I regretted that I brought my loved ones to you.
Please sort out your karaoke equipment and update the set of songs. It is very scarce.
The food was delicious, I liked everything. The prices are reasonable.

VIP karaoke was filmed. It's disgusting. Set of kebabs - all the meat is hard, not fried, even the cradle is like a brick. They barely found 3 pieces of cheese in the Greek. In general, the kitchen is the worst thing I've ever tasted. The tablet was constantly hanging and eventually sat down, it was not replaced but stupidly put on charge. When they arranged the prepayment, they asked to replace the burned-out light bulb - they probably did not spend it. And they also brought beer , we try it , without gases , when asked what 's the matter , the waiter - well , they poured it , it was there 🤦🏽♀️I am very sorry for the time and money spent.

Let me remind you, the call was answered by a girl, she, like the manager of the institution, was simply not called to us. In general, it was useless to argue with them, they turned around and left.
