Employees who know how to take photos for documents have quit. Unfortunately, the current staff does not know how to do this. They may be able to take pictures, but they do post-processing, which removes all the distinguishing features of the face, which makes the face look like a mannequin, not a person. This is unacceptable for photos on documents, as it may have consequences upon presentation of these documents.

we printed 3 A4 sheets with photos, in total 5 buns came out. the photos are dark, pale and not glossy + the waiting time is 30 + minutes. based on the reviews of other people and the average rating, I can't say that the place is terrible. it's a shame that for such a price, such quality. hopefully, this place had a bad day and something happened to the equipment. I don't recommend it.
