Photo retouching on documents is disgusting… so you have to try to ruin your appearance... the person on them looks like a scary lifeless doll from a horror movie. You came up with a very good idea: first take money from a person, and then give "this". I regretted that I did not express my opinion on the spot and did not demand money back for such ugliness. I want to not just throw out the photos, but burn them!

I needed photos for a new passport... It seems that a photo that you and other people will look at for another 10 years in a row (if you don't lose your passport, for example) should look good, if not great! But the retouching of the photo was just terrible, I looked like a pale cadaver on the pathologist's desk! I've wasted 17 rubles, and I'm definitely not coming back here.
